The second part of the article, which is a continuation of the article published in Andragoska spoznanja, N. 1-2006, shall introduce research on career anchors from 2004, which shall be compared with the research from 2000 and try to answer the question, whether career anchors with indi victuals change or not and whether they present a relatively permanent internal structure of an individual or not. We will also introduce when these anchors, should it be established that they are relatively permanent, finalize. We shall also address the issue whether it is possible to correlate changes of career anchors with different professions. The article shall, apart from answering the above questions, try to speak about similarities and differencies when planning learning processes of individuals with same or different career anchors. We will also be establishing allencompassing influence of career anchors on planning formal and informal learning, motives for learning and willingness to perform voluntary work.Metrics
