Abstract

The author deals with cultural borrowing among states and nations in the field of continuing education of adults, underlining that the model of initial school education has been compared by mistake with adult continuing education, thus the transfer of culture within initial education has been compared with that going on in continuing education. Nevertheless, continuing education should not be considered as an entity, therefore the

has been forced to do so. In the latter case cultural borrowing can provoke recipeints' rebellious reactions.
