Abstract

The paper briefly presents the importance of evaluation in practical training, focusing on practical training in work organizations. It identifies the subjects of evaluation, showing who is included in the evaluation process, who is subjected to evaluation and how the evaluation is carried out. Further on it outlines two different types of evaluation and different methods used in practical training. Finally, it discusses the advantages and benefits of practical training for different subjects
