The findings, which are based on empirical research, concern the organization, needs and present condition, as well as the formation of developmental structures and models which, in the field of the further education and training of employees, require a transformation of the economy. This research, recently completed by the Slovenian Androgogical Centre, comprised a representative sample of companies, and made use of several methods and approaches for investigation and constatation.
