The Role of Research In Planning of Qualification

The most relevant form of research dedicated to developing human resources is the one in which its applicability is emphasised. The author presents the most frequent research techniques and methods together with their advantages and eventual weaknesses. It is necessary to keep in mind, however, that knowing methods and procedures by itself doesn't answer the question who or what should be tested, monitored, or questioned. For the researcher it isn't enough to know how to use them; one must know what kind of information one wants to collect since this is the key determinant of direction and goals in researching qualification and development.Metrics
