Education Quality of the future Educators of Adults

Abstract

The author describes implementing different ways of education within graduate studies as a supplement of standard study. To bring more quality into the studies of future andragogues, a student andragogical school was established. It is based on learning with action, on the basis of problem-solving. The emphasis lies on independence of students regarding preparations and organisation of educationalresearch meeting, interdisciplinary topics, combining theory with practical work, and team work on performing tasks.
