Exchange of Learning Resources ln E­-education

Abstract

This article presents the universal brokerage platform - a system for open exchange of learning resources in distance education. Universal links teachers, educators, and trainers to an e-learning market place and supports the exchange, distribution and management of the learning resources. The platform fosters easier and quicker transfer of knowledge because it fills the gap between learning resource providers and potential users. Higher education institutions and other companies have an opportunity to offer their learning resources to a huge education market. On the other hand, they can search for and retrieve high quality external education material to enrich their own curricula.
