Abstract

A construction builder learns from each building he has finished and he becomes better and better. He identifies good workers sooner and easier; he selects new and better materials, his schedules become more realistic. So does an effective trainer. He constantly improves his  skills. Recognition and measurement of training includes his involvement in all phases of the training process: before, du ring and after training. After each training event, an effective trainer (as an effective builder): • determines how well the objectives were met and how the objectives continue to fit the requirements of the participants • evaluates the progress of the participants • evaluates appropriateness of the performance • learns from his experiences.
