Erasmus+, opening up opportunities for Slovenian adult educators

The article addresses the background and history of the Erasmus+ Programme, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, and presents the main findings from the Interim National Report on the Implementation and Impact of the Erasmus+ Programme compiled in 2017. The results of the Interim National Evaluation show that international cooperation in the Erasmus+ Programme has a positive impact on the professional development of staff, the development of local communities and the improved quality of the adult education system in Slovenia. Additionally, the article presents EPALE, the electronic platform with up-to-date information from the field of adult education which is also a valuable and effective tool for supporting Erasmus+ projects.Metrics
