Abstract

Philosophy and the system of education and learning have been experiencing, since late 60s of the previous century, when Unesco launched the idea of permanent learning, outstanding developments, which must be reflected in understanding and notion of education and learning as well as in the terminology used in this area.  The latter is the subject of this article.
