Abstract

The author describes in the article, the purpose of cooperation of important interest groups when assessing and developing quality  in an educational organization. The author especially underlines the importance of quality  discussions in a group. In Slovenia these discussions are not very common, nevertheless, they tend to be very important  for   developing   quality of educational organizations. For this reason, all organizations, which take part in POKI Project (Offering Quality Education to Adults) organize – after having carried out quality assessment – a quality discussion about the results and further activities to improve quality; employees, employers, participants, representatives of a local community and others are invited to take part in the discussion. Special attention is dedicated to the analysis of the quality discussions, the results of these, important for planning further activities for improving the quality of educational organizations, are described in the article.
