Abstract

Learning ability of employees and thus of the entire organization is becoming – by far - the most important feature of success and  at the same time the most important factor when planning and developing careers. We have already noted that within the society of knowledge the concept of a career is giving way to the phenomenon of the learning path. An individual will be successful and motivated for work only as long as he/she will also learn and develop personally. The needs for knowledge are, therefore, substantial. We all know very well that for a long time the knowledge obtained  at  schoold has not been enough for  doing  a job well. We also know that knowledge has always represented power. We are less aware of the fact that knowledge turns into power of the organization only when it is shared within the same organization. We can share knowledge, when we have the ability to transfer it to others.
