2025 ALA issues – Call for papers
Issue dedicated to Korean Language, Education, Translation, and Linguistics
Acta Linguistica Asiatica (ALA) is thrilled to announce an issue dedicated to the multidimensional exploration of the Korean language. The edition encompasses Korean language education, translation studies, linguistics, and historical aspects of the Korean language.
Scope of contributions
We welcome original contributions addressing a broad spectrum of topics, including:
- Innovations and trends in Korean language education
- Pedagogical approaches and methodologies in teaching Korean
- Translation studies with a focus on the Korean language
- Linguistic analyses and research on the Korean language
- Historical perspectives on the evolution of the Korean language
- Comparative studies on Korean linguistics and language education
Submission guidelines
1. Manuscripts should be submitted through our online platform:

2. Please adhere to the formatting guidelines available on the submission portal.
3. Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
4. Submissions must be written in English or Slovene only. They must be written in eligible academic language.
Important dates
