Kako odrasli iščejo in izbirajo leposlovno gradivo v spletnem okolju

Namen: V prispevku podajamo strnjen pregled raziskav o iskanju in izbiri leposlovja za odrasle, s posebnim poudarkom na iskanju še neznanega gradiva, zlasti v spletnem okolju.
Metodologija/pristop: Izvedli smo primerjalno kritični pregled dostopne literature, v katerega smo vključili raziskave domačih in tujih avtorjev, predvsem s področja knjižnične in informacijske znanosti.
Rezultati: V študijah je iskanje leposlovja izpostavljeno kot s kontekstom močno povezan proces, kjer kombinacija iskalnih spodobnosti bralcev, njihovega znanja, osebnih in afektivnih dejavnikov ter dobro delujoče interakcije s sistemom rezultira v bolj ali manj uspešni izbiri leposlovne knjige. Temeljni funkciji leposlovja sta v bralcu izzvati določeno stanje uma ali sporočiti avtorjev pogled, sodbo. Dober sistem za iskanje leposlovja bi moral vključevati tudi te vidike, prilagojene posameznim tipom bralcev. Za oblikovanje bralcem leposlovja ustreznejših sistemov pa potrebujemo dodatne, tako kvalitativne, kot tudi obsežne evalvacijske uporabniške študije.
Omejitve raziskave: V okvir raziskav vedenja pri iskanju informacij smo v pregled zajeli raziskave o iskanju leposlovja za odrasle. Študij o iskanju neleposlovnega gradiva nismo obravnavali, prav tako ne raziskav o iskanju leposlovja za otroke. Pregled smo omejili na vire, objavljene v angleškem, italijanskem in slovenskem jeziku.
Izvirnost/uporabnost raziskave: S pregledom raziskanih področij in uporabljenih raziskovalnih metod smo ugotavljali pokritost raziskav, ki obravnavajo problematiko iskanja in izbire leposlovja za odrasle, v tem okviru smo identificirali še neraziskane vrzeli in oblikovali vsebinske ter metodološke smernice za nadaljnje delo. Obenem smo ponudili teoretično podlago nadaljnjemu razvoju priporočilnega leposlovnega portala Dobreknjige.si in drugih svetovalnih storitev za leposlovje.
