STILI MIŠLJENJA PRI KNJIŽNIČARJIH V SPLOŠNIH IN SPECIALNIH KNJIŽNICAH V LJUBLJANSKI REGIJI

IZVLEČEKV prispevku je predstavljena Sternbergova teorija mentalne samouprave, ki stile mišljenja opredeli kot vmesnik med sposobnostmi in osebnostjo. Ugotavljali smo, kateri stili mišljenja (po Sternbergu) prevladujejo pri knjižničarjih v splošnih in specialnih knjižnicah v ljubljanski regiji. Profil stilov mišljenja pri knjižničarjih kaže na visoko izraženost eksternalnega in liberalnega stila mišljenja ter zmerno izraženost internalnega, konservativnega, globalnega in lokalnega stila mišljenja. Predstavljene so primerjave z drugimi študijami ter podani predlogi za nadaljnje raziskave na področju individualnih razlik med knjižničarji.
