IZVLEČEK
Prispevek prikazuje pregled individualnih razlik, na katere naletimo v raziskavah na področju poizvedovanja, s poudarkom na modelih osebnostnih potez, kognitivnih in učnih stilov. Posebej se posveča tistim modelom, katere raziskovalci najpogosteje vključujejo v raziskave informacijskega vedenja, poizvedovanja, zaznav sistemov za poizvedovanje ipd., omeni pa tudi modele, ki v raziskavah dotlej še niso bili prisotni. Obravnava tudi odnos med različnimi modeli individualnih razlik in izbrano stroko, poklicem oziroma akademsko disciplino posameznika. V tem kontekstu predstavi uporabnost preučevanja omenjenih razlik pri načrtovanju sistemov za poizvedovanje.
