About the Journal
LES/WOOD is an open-access, international peer-reviewed scientific journal published twice a year by the University of Ljubljana Press and issued by the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. The journal accepts original scientific articles and review articles in the wider field of wood science and technology and related fields.

Les/Wood is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal published twice a year by the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. The journal accepts original scientific articles and review articles in the wider field of wood science and technology and related fields. The journal also publishes editorials and special appendix “News”, which features news relevant for the field and publisher. The journal is governed by an Editorial Team (editor-in-chief, managing editor and technical editor) in cooperation with the International Editorial Board.
Les/Wood provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports the greater global exchange of knowledge. Currently, the journal does not charge APCs or submission charges.
