La ricchezza dei dialetti italiani non cessa di offrire occasioni sia per scoperte di fatti nuovi che per rielaborazioni di quanto già noto. Fra le curiosità linguistiche davvero uniche non solo in ltalia rna addirittura nella Romània uno dei prirni posti spetta alia penetrazione della categoria del genere in tutto il sistema verbale, che si osserva net dialetto della cittadina di Ripatransone e in minore misura nella vicina Cossignano, al confine delle Marche con gli Abruzzi. La citata curiosità del ripano non è naturalmente passata inosservata finora: infatti, sene sono occupati H. Lüdt ke e F. Parrino. Il presente studio di A. Harder è tuttavia_ una trattazione sistemati ca, sincronica e diacronica, non soltanto della coniugazione ma, come dice il titolo, anche della fonetica e di tutta Ia morfologia del dialetto della città marchigiana.
