Kritična analiza psihološkega znanstvenega diskurza o terorizmu

Povzetek

Članek zajema kritično analizo devetih psiholoških člankov, objavljenih v reviji American Psychologist, ki se z različnih vidikov posvečajo temi terorizma. V teh člankih avtorji razglabljajo o procesu radikalizacije skozi kognitivne premike, o čustvih, identiteti in duševnih težavah, ki naj bi na tak ali drugačen način vplivale na to, da oseba postane terorist. Z analizo danih znanstvenih diskurzov v tem tekstu argumentiram, da je namen takšnih mehanicističnih modelov in teorij terorizma in teroristov predvsem v a priori delegitimizaciji le-teh, v člankih samih pa je implicitno ali odkrito prisotna ideološka pozicija njihovih avtorjev.
