The monograph Là dove il ‘sì’ suona: Italijanski jezik u istoriji umetnosti by Danijela Đorović, explores the origins, development, and significance of artistic language within art history. Through a diachronic analysis, the author demonstrates how Italian artistic language emerged during the Renaissance, both as an elite written language and as the spoken language of skilled artisans. Its evolution was influenced by key figures, who acknowledged the autonomy of this artistic language.
